I'm Lauren, founder of Darlin' Breath and living testimony for how breathwork and somatic healing can change everything in your world.

My background was very noisy. Opinions, social narratives and prejudices etc manifesting into non-existent self esteem and a whole heap of limiting beliefs that shaped my reality.

I was resigned to life, self-destructing and counted myself out of every opportunity before even taking the chance.

Until, I took the leap to start processing what my body was holding onto, deeper than I could access from talking therapy.

I was able to unravel from old conditioning and in the space, choose differently. I have never felt more confident and clear on my purpose.
